The new (amended) Class Rules 2022 become effective on 1 March 2022. A revised Measurement Form is also applicable.
You can find the amended Class Rules here, and the updated Measurement Form here. They are also published on the FFI Website and the World Sailing website.
With regard to changes to Class Rule 8 (reduction in hull weight of 5 kg), the FFI Chief Measurer has issued guidelines on the procedure to be followed by Class Measurers when members wish to reduce their hull weight. A copy of this procedure can be found here.

For those of you the grapevine hasn't reached, John Crosby passed away about a week ago after a long illness. Nikki and John’s family have held a a private funeral service.
John was a lifetime sailor competing in Cherubs as a youngster, he did a lot of ocean racing and was a stalwart of the F15 Section at SoPYC from its early years until he stopped sailing because of illness. He competed in Nationals and the States.

The notice of race for the 2022 Flying Fifteen WA State Titles to be sailed at South of Perth Yacht Club between April 15 and April 17, 2022 has been issued and is available from here.
A link to online entry and payment is included in the Notice of Race. This includes the provision for purchase of additional tickets to social events and lunch orders.
Entries submitted after 4.00pm Friday 8 April, 2022 will be late entries and may be accepted at
the discretion of the organising authority. Any late entry accepted will be subject to the
payment of an additional late entry fee of $50.00.
Note that mandatory proof of vaccination status, in accordance with State Government regulations, will be required when entering the licensed areas of the club.
