Note that the following motion is to be discussed at the AGM:

That FFIWA and the Flying Fifteen Fleet Representatives from all clubs advise Organising Authorities for events involving Flying Fifteens in Western Australia of the provision within Flying Fifteen Class Rule B15.3 which permits Organising Authorities to no longer require Flying Fifteens to carry an anchor by inserting a provision to this effect within their Notice of Race and/or Sailing Instructions, when written permission is granted by FFIA. That FFIWA and Flying Fifteen Fleet Representatives from all clubs strongly encourage Organising Authorities to take advantage of this provision, when those Organising Authorities consider it safe to do so. Further, that FFIWA requests that FFIA grants permission to waive the requirement to carry of anchors when it is requested by an Organising Authority.

More information is in the Notice of Meeting.
